About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the design, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled and automation-driven workflows across operational functions. This role is ideal for a professional with strong analytical and process improvement capabilities, a keen interest in emerging technologies, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

The successful candidate will help identify opportunities for operational improvement, support workflow transformation initiatives, and contribute to the integration of AI and automation within business processes while maintaining appropriate human oversight.


Key Responsibilities


Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and process requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations.
  • Support the development of solutions that improve operational effectiveness through process optimization and technology enablement.


Process Improvement & Workflow Design

  • Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create process maps, workflow documentation, and future-state process designs.
  • Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing operational performance through automation and process transformation.


AI-Enabled Workflow Support

  • Assist in the design and implementation of workflows that combine automation technologies with human decision-making and oversight.
  • Help evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI capabilities into operational processes while maintaining quality, compliance, and accountability.
  • Support experimentation and continuous improvement efforts involving AI-driven solutions.


Data Analysis & Performance Measurement

  • Utilize data, metrics, and performance indicators to assess business processes and measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
  • Generate insights that support decision-making and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Monitor outcomes and recommend adjustments based on business results.


Change Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with business and operational teams to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Assist with communication, training, and user engagement activities to encourage successful implementation.
  • Foster collaboration across functional teams to ensure alignment throughout transformation initiatives.


Success Measures


Success in this role will be demonstrated through:

  • Supporting end-to-end process analysis and workflow optimization initiatives that improve operational efficiency.
  • Contributing to the effective use of AI and automation technologies to enhance quality, scalability, and productivity.
  • Helping teams build the knowledge, capabilities, and operational readiness needed to sustain new ways of working.
  • Supporting successful adoption of technology-enabled processes across business functions.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
  • Two to five years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working within structured, process-driven, or regulated environments is advantageous.
  • Practical experience supporting process redesign, workflow optimization, or automation initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, low-code platforms, or workflow management tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend practical business solutions.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled technologies and a demonstrated interest in technology-driven business transformation.
  • Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance research, documentation, analysis, or solution development activities.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
  • Commitment to the responsible and ethical use of AI and emerging technologies within business operations.
