About the job Systems Administrator Kingston Jamaica (in office) -

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, passionate system Administrator.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support to users
• Setting up accounts for new users - emails, addition to intranet systems, PBX
• Liaising with Group IT team to resolve issues
• Liaising with the vendors to resolve issues
• Supporting IT Admin related tasks in other branches

Qualifications:

Associate degree in Computer Science/Information Technology / Computer or Electronic Engineering or CRISCO A+

5 CSEC O'Levels passes inclusive of computer technology, Mathematics and Information Technology

1 year working experience in a similar role
