Job Summary

The HR supports business leaders by aligning HR practices with organizational goals. The role focuses on employee relations, talent management, performance management, and HR operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to support workforce planning and business objectives
  • Provide HR guidance on policies, employee relations, and performance management
  • Support hiring plans, onboarding, and talent development initiatives
  • Assist in resolving employee concerns and promote a positive work culture
  • Implement HR policies and ensure statutory and policy compliance
  • Maintain employee records and support HR reporting and analytics
  • Assist in organizing training, faculty development, and engagement programs
  • Support payroll coordination and statutory documentation

Skills & Competencies

  • Knowledge of HR processes and labor laws applicable to educational institutions
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Good organizational and documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • MBA/PGDM in HR preferred


Experience

  • 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in an educational institution or service sector.
