A FP&As main goal is to plan financial strategies for Topica group products, then analyze, monitor, and report the products performance. Besides that, this position is expected to be a financial expert of the Finance Department and can do multi-tasks, especially those

related to fundraising.

What will you do?

• Make a business plan and monthly/quarterly/termly budget for one of Topicas products (Edumall/Native/Uni).
• Calculate & analyze the trends of (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as No. of leads, CPL, CVR, CAC, AOV, Gross Billing, Gross Profit, variable costs, fixed costs,etc.
• Align with other departments in order to monitor above KPIs and identify the causes of any unexpected variances.
• Prepare Actual vs Budget/Forecast/Rolling forecast of Financial Reports & other Ad-hoc management reports. Develop and continually improve budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecast
• Implement a business intelligence tool and dashboard reports.
• Deep understanding about the product and support management team with data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Accounting Department to implement control over revenue / costs

What do you need to bring?

• Strong experience with data visualization tools (Excel, Office 365, Power Query, Power BI,etc.)
• Good logical thinking ability, in-depth analytical ability, strong numbers sense
• Accuracy in data management, master in statistical reasoning
• Fluent in English is a plus
