Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to manage strategic international hotel accounts and support business growth across trading, projects, and maintenance solutions.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing assigned accounts, improving quotation conversion, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, protecting margins, supporting collection follow-up, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned strategic hotel groups and the Maldives trading territory.
  • Develop new business opportunities within hotel chains, resorts, and hospitality projects.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing accounts and identify opportunities across sister properties.
  • Build strong relationships with owners, general managers, procurement teams, chefs, consultants, engineers, and project stakeholders.
  • Finalize quotations and proposals by coordinating pricing, delivery timelines, and commercial terms.
  • Work with presales and category specialists to prepare consolidated multi-category proposals.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to identify customer requirements, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive account growth across trading, project, and maintenance services.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, opportunities, quotations, orders, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and maintain rolling sales and collection forecasts.
  • Monitor outstanding debtor balances and support timely collection follow-up.
  • Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Technical, Operations, Projects, Presales, and Finance teams.
  • Ensure client requirements are communicated accurately to relevant internal teams.
  • Support smooth order execution, project coordination, and customer service delivery.
  • Maintain professional conduct and comply with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, key account management, project sales, or a related commercial role.
  • Experience managing hotel, resort, hospitality, institutional, or commercial accounts will be preferred.
  • Strong relationship-management and stakeholder-coordination skills.
  • Good commercial understanding of pricing, quotations, delivery terms, margins, and payment follow-up.
  • Ability to manage multiple client stakeholders and long-term business opportunities.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, quotations, orders, and customer follow-ups.
  • Strong forecasting, reporting, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with sales, technical, project, supply chain, operations, and finance teams.
  • Good command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Results-driven, organized, accountable, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel to the Maldives and project locations when required.
  • Experience in commercial kitchens, laundry systems, coldrooms, HORECA equipment, or hospitality projects will be an advantage.
