Job Summary

The Project Director provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for SharePro Inc.'s major projects. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate goals while upholding standards of quality, safety, and innovation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Set vision and direction for SPIs project portfolio.

• Align project execution with business strategy and growth objectives.

• Represent SPI with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

• Approve budgets, schedules, and major project decisions.

• Establish policies, systems, and controls to ensure project excellence.

• Oversee compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

• Monitor financial performance and ensure optimal resource allocation.

• Lead and mentor Project Managers and senior staff.

• Build and sustain a high-performing project management team.

• Anticipate and manage risks affecting project delivery.

• Serve as escalation point for critical project issues.

• Strengthen relationships with clients, regulators, and partners.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.

• Masters degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Experience

• 20+ years of progressive project and construction management experience.

• At least 7 years in senior or executive leadership roles.

• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects.
