We're looking for a Forward Deployment Engineer to partner with a client team and help build and ship production-grade software, data, and AI solutions. You'll work hands-on alongside client engineers and product teams, turning real business problems into reliable, scalable systems.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving open-ended problems, communicates well, and is comfortable owning solutions end to end.

Requirements

• Advanced English level (B2/C1/C2) to ensure fluent communication across teams.
• +6 years of solid software engineering experience, with a track record of shipping to production.
• +5 years of hands-on experience with Java and SpringBoot, latest versions.
• Familiarity with modern data and AI frameworks (e.g., tool/function calling, MCP, multi-agent orchestration) is a must, sufficient to understand and adopt a client's plug-in–based agentic framework.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, Large Language Models (LLMs), and modern AI-powered engineering practices. 
• Demonstrated experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini Code Assist, ChatGPT, or similar. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Embed with a client team to understand their goals and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Design and build production-ready software, data pipelines, and AI/ML or agentic workflows.
• Help establish good engineering practices - testing, CI/CD, observability, and maintainability.
• Build reusable components and accelerators that the client team can adopt and extend.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
