Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and supporting users in a dynamic, international environment?

We’re looking for German-speaking Customer Support Agents to join our growing team in sunny Malta. This is a hybrid position, offering a mix of on-site and remote work. Relocation support is available for candidates coming from abroad.

🔹 Your Role:

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for users, helping them resolve issues, navigate the platform, and providing exceptional service through email and live chat — no phone calls required.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely, professional manner

  • Provide accurate information and effective solutions using internal tools

  • Support users with technical issues, product guidance, and general queries

  • Identify and escalate recurring issues to the appropriate teams

  • Stay updated on company policies and procedures through regular training

  • Meet performance targets related to quality and response time

What We’re Looking For:

  • Native-level German and strong English skills

  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.)

  • A tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn quickly

  • A positive, can-do attitude and desire to help others

  • No prior experience needed – full training is provided!

🕒 Work Schedule:

  • Rotational shifts between 07:00 AM and 12:00 AM (midnight)

  • 5 working days per week with 2 days off

  • Initial training period (2 weeks) is on-site in Malta
