We are looking for a talented and experienced FULL STACK LEAD to take on a leadership role in our department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in full-stack application development, with a focus on Java, and will have the expertise to manage and deliver large-scale software projects. This role requires a deep understanding of software development processes, DevOps practices, and the ability to lead and coordinate a team of developers.

• Lead and manage full-stack application engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Plan, dispatch, and oversee development and testing tasks, providing guidance and support to the offshore team.
• Participate in project status meetings, providing updates and insights on development progress.
• Coordinate with multiple teams and suppliers for application integration, ensuring smooth collaboration.
• Create and maintain JIRA tickets, tracking issues and ensuring efficient issue resolution.
• Liaise with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide additional details on application components.
• Enhance and maintain the ePCT application, making quick changes and fixes based on business user priorities.
• Develop ad hoc tools to support business needs and improve efficiency.
• Conduct reviews of specifications, own work, and colleagues' work, ensuring high standards are met.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and their application in software development.

• 10+ years of experience in full-stack application engineering, with a strong focus on Java.
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Certifications in Development, DevOps, Cloud, System Architecture, Web application design, AWS, or AI are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with Java, Java EE, Web-based technologies, DevOps, Postgres database, PrimeFaces, JSF, and AWS.
• Experience with ICT systems managing sensitive and confidential data.
• Proven experience in Agile development and DevOps practices.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to lead and manage a team, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with AI-driven capabilities and AI tools is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in the area of Intellectual Property, with PCT knowledge preferred.
