Responsibilities
Develop, manage and iterate on the product roadmap by aligning it with the overall product vision with focus on amplifying user experience, meeting high security standards, and achieving business objectives
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes, acting as a knowledge bridge, ensuring information flows seamlessly across functions
Stay on top of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs – turning those into compelling insights you share broadly to enhance team understanding and guide problem-solving
Set a fast pace for the team(s) you work with by helping them overcome challenges, and by identifying and proposing improvements in the product development process to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as: Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, Economics or related fields.
- We welcome applicants who have gained similar expertise through professional experience rather than traditional education.
- Bonus criterion: Advanced German language proficiency (speaking and writing) – level B2 to C1.
- Bonus criterion: Familiarity with tools such as the Atlassian Suite, Figma, Make, Airfocus, or similar platforms.
- Drive to grow from solid experience: You bring 3–4 years of experience in a similar product role and are motivated to apply and expand that expertise in a fast-moving environment.
- Passion for analytical thinking: You enjoy diving into data, research, and insights to shape iterative improvements and support confident, long-term product decisions.
- Motivation to prioritize what matters: You thrive on applying structured thinking, gathering cross-functional input, and making thoughtful trade-offs among competing opportunities
- Commitment to understanding users: You are energized by engaging directly with users and customers, uncovering their needs, and translating those insights into meaningful product direction.
- Desire to lead through influence: You find purpose in guiding teams with clarity, aligning stakeholders around priorities, and communicating the “why” behind decisions.
