As a Qlikview BI Engineer - Specialist in Analytics as Services - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering managed services that streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills in project management, technology, and process optimization to provide high-quality services. Your work will involve transitioning and running services, managing delivery teams, and optimizing managed services processes, tools, and services.

As a Specialist, you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handling detailed tasks and in-depth analyses to support specific projects. You will adapt to a fast-paced environment, take ownership of your work, and consistently deliver results that drive value for clients and contribute to the team's success. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will focus on continuous improvement and optimizing the managed services process, tools, and services. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, applying a learning mindset to develop your potential and uphold the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

- Managing and optimizing managed services processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Supporting client projects by applying technical knowledge in automation and process improvement
- Conducting detailed analyses to identify opportunities for business transformation and process optimization
- Designing and developing automation frameworks to streamline service delivery
- Collaborating with delivery teams to validate timely project completion and stakeholder satisfaction
- Implementing continuous process improvement strategies to drive service excellence
- Utilizing project management skills to oversee service level management and operational performance
- Engaging in risk documentation and operational risk management to safeguard project outcomes
- Facilitating business process outsourcing initiatives to reduce costs and improve service quality
- Troubleshooting performance issues and implementing solutions to maintain service standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 0.6 year of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
