Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations such as financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash control.
• Influence the strategic direction of operations by identifying growth opportunities, optimizing resource allocation, and driving business results.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, maintain robust internal controls to protect the hotel's assets, and accurately account for the hotel's revenues and expenses.
• Provide support and financial advice to the General Manager and Departmental Managers.
• Act as the primary contact for all financial and accounting matters with auditors and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance and Accounting or a related discipline.
• 13 years of experience in finance and accounting, including a minimum of 5 years in a similar supervisory role in hotel environment.
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing capabilities.
• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Proficiency in both oral and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
