Description

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Clerical Support Representative to join our Eligibility team! The Clerical Support Representative is responsible for the organization, handling and storage of clerical support items.

Position Location: 100% remote

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Review, assess and process all incoming mibenefits and gateway tasks assigned via member, employer or broker portals.
    • Utilize various internal systems to process updates and store documents received from claimants related to demographics updates, HIPAA releases, ID Cards, and OIC letters.
  • Manage Support Inbox, completing all required work items within the provided turnaround time.
    • File letters and documents received in the appropriate storage area using criteria set by leadership timely.
  • File storage system maintenance and clean up.
  • Distribute client payment details received to the assigned billing specialists for payment posting.
  • Distribute required regulatory letters to assigned eligibility administrator for assigned client groups.
  • Participate in required training and meetings, one on one coaching sessions, and team huddles.
  • Perform other duties and projects assigned.
  • Perform all tasks in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Required Experience / Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of clerical, support, or customer service experience required or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to self-manage time ensuring all requirements are met by company standards.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong technology skills (Microsoft products).
  • Ability to interpret large amounts of data, making sense of transactions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to resonate with others to impact positive outcomes.
  • Team player able to collaborate with other departments.
