- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure data solutions meet quality and performance standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing data processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python Frameworks, Data Analysis & Interpretation, Test Management.

- Strong experience in building and optimizing data pipelines and ETL workflows.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues effectively.
- Knowledge of best practices in data security and governance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python Frameworks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
