Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations including general ledger management, financial reporting, and month-end/year-end closing.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decisions and improve profitability.
• Supervise and develop the accounting team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting.
• Monitor revenue, commissions, payables, receivables, and reconciliation of travel-related transactions.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal financial controls.

Qualifications:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is required.
• 5+ years of accounting or finance experience, preferably within the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry.
• Proven people management experience leading accounting or finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• General accounting experience is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
