Summary:

The Product Management Intern will support top-of-funnel feature quality and content optimization across Cosm’s web and mobile platforms. They will focus on improving the user experience on the homepage, venue landing pages, and event discovery flows. This role will support key product workflows focused on content management and user experience improvements, offering hands-on learning in real-world top-of-funnel optimization.

The intern will work cross-functionally with Product, Data, Marketing, Design, and Engineering teams, owning weekly deliverables and participating in agile rituals such as sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives. This is a hands-on role intended to prepare the intern for a future position in product management.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit and clean up outdated content across Cosm’s homepage and event discovery components
  • Compare Figma design specs to live production pages across web, mobile web, and app experiences to identify layout inconsistencies and UX defects
  • Execute structured user experience bug bashes from a new-user perspective, surfacing accessibility issues, tap-target problems, unclear microcopy, and responsive layout issues
  • Track and log content issues or bugs in internal tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, Miro) for stakeholder review
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Design teams to refine recommendations and prioritize improvements
  • Participate in daily/weekly check-ins, sprint ceremonies, and team standups
  • Present findings and propose design or content improvements with supporting rationale
  • Learn and apply product workflows, manage content updates in the CMS, and propose top-of-funnel UX improvements to drive engagement and discoverability.

Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior at the start of the program.
  • Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid).
  • Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in immersive technology and content.
