We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive to own the end-to-end management of marketing merchandise and collateral across global markets. This role requires strong execution, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage timelines, vendors, and logistics independently.
What you'll do:
End-to-End Collateral Management
- Forecast requirements in collaboration with regional sales teams
- Maintain inventory visibility and prevent stockouts or overproduction
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with regional sales teams to understand requirements and timelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand and messaging consistency
- Liaise with procurement, finance, and logistics teams for smooth execution
Vendor & Procurement Management
- Manage vendors for printing and merchandise production
- Source quotations, negotiate costs, and ensure cost-effective execution
- Track purchase orders, invoices, and payments
Production Oversight & Quality Control
- Oversee printing and production processes end-to-end
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards
- Conduct pre-dispatch checks to avoid errors and rework
Logistics & International Dispatch
- Coordinate domestic shipments
- Ensure compliance with shipping documentation and requirements
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays
Process Ownership & Reporting
- Build and maintain trackers for requests, inventory, and dispatch status
- Drive process improvements to reduce turnaround time and errors
- Share regular updates on timelines, costs, and risks
What you'll bring:
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, procurement coordination, or logistics
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage tasks independently
- Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience handling vendors and budgets
- Familiarity shipping/logistics is a plus
- Ability to anticipate requirements and follow through
- Comfortable handling ambiguity and last-minute changes
- Balances speed with accuracy
- Strong communicator
