  • You take ownership of how our cloud platform operates at scale - secure, compliant, and enabling fast product development.
  • You work at the intersection of platform engineering, security, and governance. Your focus is not only on building infrastructure, but on shaping a system where teams can move fast without compromising control.
  • You contribute to a highly automated cloud environment where governance is embedded into the platform itself - not enforced afterwards.
  • You evolve our multi-account cloud setup, ensuring clear guardrails, strong isolation, and scalable governance across all environments.
  • You translate regulatory and security requirements into automated controls, making compliance a natural outcome of how infrastructure is provisioned and operated.
  • You create paved paths that allow engineering teams to deploy and operate infrastructure independently - while staying within defined security and governance boundaries.
  • You establish and maintain high standards for Infrastructure as Code, ensuring systems are reproducible, auditable, and easy to evolve.
  • You continuously navigate trade-offs between security, compliance, flexibility, and speed - and make those trade-offs explicit.
  • You support the team into overcoming issues and leveraging on strengths
  • You have strong hands-on experience with AWS and AWS Organizations and understand how to structure and govern complex multi-account environments.
  • You are comfortable implementing guardrails using mechanisms like SCPs, AWS Config, and Control Tower - and you think of governance as something that should be automated, versioned, and testable.
  • You build and maintain robust Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or AWS CDK, with a focus on reusable patterns and long-term maintainability.
  • You don’t just solve isolated problems - you design systems that scale, reduce cognitive load, and prevent classes of issues.
  • You take ownership of complex topics and drive them to production without needing constant direction.
  • You can translate technical constraints into understandable trade-offs for engineers and stakeholders.
