Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotative Shifts (06:00 22:00)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
• Support users with account issues, subscriptions, and streaming inquiries
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions
• Ensure an excellent customer experience

What You Need:

Fluent Italian (spoken & written) and good English skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Customer service experience is a plus
