About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Sales Operations to support the continued growth of our business. This role is responsible for enabling sales teams through data-driven insights that support informed decision-making across the business. Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, you will develop reporting, forecasting, and analysis to guide both strategic and operational outcomes. In this role you will have the opportunity to: Develop and deliver regular and ad hoc sales reporting for leadership forums. Analyse sales performance, productivity, and cost of sale. Build dashboards and visualisations to communicate complex data clearly. Establish and manage the sales ‘rhythm of business’ cadence. Identify and implement automation and process improvements. Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders on planning and performance. To be successful in this role you should have: 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or a related field. Strong understanding of sales operations frameworks, forecasting, and pipeline management. Advanced knowledge of sales performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting methodologies. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P L analysis. Advanced proficiency in CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Excel, Power BI). Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Location and Additional Information: This is an office based role in Perth, Australia, reporting into the Director, Regional Operations, APAC.
