Senior Webflow / Framer Developer

Location: Jakarta SCBD (hybrid)

Reports to: Site Lead

Remuneration: Rp 15,000,000 - 22,000,000 per month gross

Mission

Own the marketing‐web and interactive‐demo stack, translating design mock‐ups into pixel‐perfect,
performant builds with Webflow and/or Framer.

Responsibilities

• Build and iterate landing pages, CMS‐driven blogs, and gated‐content hubs.
• Implement micro‐interactions and animations following accessibility best practice.
  Optimise page‐speed and Core Web Vitals.
• Integrate sites with headless CMS solutions, analytics platforms, and marketing‐automation
  tools as required.
• Contribute to shared design‐system tokens and component libraries.

Requirements

• 5-8 years front‐end development, including 2+ years professional Webflow or Framer work.

• Strong HTML5, modern CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript skills.

• Experience working with CMS collections and custom API or webhook integrations.
• Portfolio of high‐traffic marketing sites.
• Bonus: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, motion‐design libraries, and SEO /
  conversion‐rate optimisation.
