You will join a growing EMEA Payroll Hub in Poland, where you’ll take ownership of accurate and timely payroll delivery. In this hands-on role, you will manage end-to-end payroll processes and collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors. With a strong focus on French payroll, you’ll build deep expertise and take full responsibility in a complex, multi-country environment. Over time, your scope may expand to additional French-speaking countries such as Belgium, Luxembourg, Morocco, and Algeria.

•    Managing end-to-end French payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
•    Owning the full payroll lifecycle, including validation, calculation, and final payroll execution
•    Maintaining and updating payroll records (new hires, terminations, salary changes)
•    Validating payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and leave data
•    Calculating payroll, verifying deductions, and resolving discrepancies before final runs
•    Serving as a key point of contact for payroll-related queries
•    Collaborating with HR, Finance, and external payroll vendors to ensure smooth delivery
•    Supporting internal and external audits by maintaining accurate payroll documentation
•    Partnering with Finance on payroll reporting and cost tracking (YTD vs AOP) and variance analysis
•    Ensuring payroll data accuracy supports forecasting and financial planning cycles
•    Contributing to the development of the Poland Payroll Hub and multi-country payroll operations.
 

Essential


•    Strong hands-on experience in French payroll and statutory regulations
•    Solid knowledge of French tax, social security, and labour compliance
•    Fluent French and English (written and spoken)
•    Experience with payroll systems (e.g. ADP, UKG) and HR systems (e.g. Oracle)
•    Proven ability to manage end-to-end payroll independently
•    Strong stakeholder collaboration across HR, Finance, and external vendors
•    High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
•    Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field.

•    Experience in multi-country payroll environments
•    Exposure to payroll transformation or system implementations
•    Understanding of payroll cost drivers and financial reporting (e.g. YTD vs AOP).

Pay Transparency Statement
The monthly base salary range for this position is 12,700.00 PLN Gross to 15,500.00 PLN Gross.
Actual compensation will depend on factors such as qualifications, skills, competencies, geographic location, and relevant experience. Certain roles may include additional components beyond base salary, such as incentive opportunities or other forms of variable compensation. Details of any such components will be discussed during the interview process and will be governed by the applicable plan documents.
