Account Manager | Lancaster, PA | Full Time
Print-O-Stat is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales and Service team. In this role, you will proactively develop and manage a portfolio of accounts by building strong customer relationships, understanding client business needs, and identifying opportunities to provide valuable products and services.
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for qualifying and developing new business opportunities within your territory while maximizing growth opportunities with existing customers. This position is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, networking, and driving business growth through exceptional customer service and strategic account management.
What You'll Do:
- Plan and prioritize sales activities to drive revenue growth and achieve strategic sales goals
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and customer outreach
- Conduct regular meetings with new and existing customers to identify opportunities and strengthen relationships
- Qualify, develop, and manage new business opportunities throughout the sales cycle
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate customer records, document sales activities, and track opportunities
- Record detailed notes from customer meetings and conversations and maintain up-to-date account information
- Foster relationships with existing clients to understand business needs and identify additional opportunities
- Nurture long-term client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Coordinate customer orders and project logistics with internal teams including Client Services, Delivery, Finance, and other departments
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Participate in industry organizations, networking groups, trade events, and community activities to promote the Print-O-Stat brand
- Continuously expand product and industry knowledge to better support customer needs and business development efforts
Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Account Manager or Outside Sales experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience preferred
- Experience in the printing, technology, software, or related industries is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience utilizing CRM systems to manage customer accounts and sales activities
- Proven ability to prospect, develop new business, and grow existing accounts
- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and account management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a "hunter" mentality
- Proven ability to achieve goals, drive results, and manage multiple priorities
