• Salary : RM 3000 - RM 3500 + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of clients via email and phone calls
• Handling new client leads on a daily basis
• Promoting available products and services to clients
• Actively following up on queries and providing feedback to customers in a timely manner
• Informing clients of any new products and promotions that the company is offering
• Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (any field) or Diploma (any field)
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector is considered a plus
• Language requirement: English, Mandarin and Malay
