We are seeking an experienced and motivated Key Account Manager (KAM) – HoReCa Segment (Wine & Spirits) to join our team. In this role, you will manage and grow strategic partnerships with key clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HoReCa), with a focus on wine & spirits products. If you are passionate about premium beverages, building relationships, and driving sales, this opportunity is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the HoReCa sector, focusing on wine & spirits products.
  • Sales Growth: Create and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase revenue from new and existing accounts.
  • Product Expertise: Provide expert advice and recommendations on wine & spirits selections to meet clients' needs and align with market trends.
  • Client Support: Regularly engage with clients to understand their business needs, provide product training, and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Business Development: Identify new opportunities within the HoReCa industry to expand product placement and increase market share.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage pricing, terms, and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on trends in the wine & spirits industry and monitor competitors to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely product delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the HoReCa or wine & spirits sector.
  • Attractive appearance with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Strong network and relationships within hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HoReCa).
  • In-depth knowledge of wine & spirits products and the ability to educate clients about their features and benefits.
  • Proven track record in meeting sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and develop strategies.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, product presentations, and events.
