Role Overview

The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise network infrastructure environments across complex operational and project-based initiatives. This role focuses on maintaining secure, reliable, and scalable network services while supporting infrastructure modernization, migration activities, and operational stability.

The position requires strong hands-on expertise in enterprise networking, troubleshooting, infrastructure deployment, and service improvement within large-scale or global environments.

Key Responsibilities

Network Infrastructure & Operations

• 
  Design, implement, monitor, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure environments.
• 
  Support installation, configuration, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of network systems and services.
• 
  Manage day-to-day network operations and support infrastructure-related projects.
• 
  Design and implement network solutions to improve system performance, scalability, and reliability.
• 
  Support enterprise WAN/LAN and network security infrastructure across multiple environments.
• 
  Install, configure, and support network technologies including routing, switching, and DDI platforms (DNS, DHCP, IP address management).

Project Delivery & Migration Support

• 
  Lead or support end-to-end network deployment and infrastructure migration initiatives.
• 
  Provide technical guidance during system integration and migration activities.
• 
  Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• 
  Support global infrastructure programs and associated technical documentation requirements.

Incident & Problem Management

• 
  Manage incidents, problem resolution, and change activities related to network and security infrastructure.
• 
  Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and participate in critical incident response activities.
• 
  Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• 
  Identify operational risks and implement long-term solutions to improve service stability.

Automation, Compliance & Documentation

• 
  Support automation initiatives through scripting and infrastructure automation practices.
• 
  Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, operational controls, and audit requirements.
• 
  Maintain accurate technical documentation including network diagrams, inventory records, traffic flows, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• 
  Support vulnerability remediation and infrastructure audit activities.

Qualifications

Required

• 
  Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure operations, and deployment projects.
• 
  Strong experience in enterprise WAN/LAN environments and network security infrastructure.
• 
  Hands-on expertise in:

    Routing and switching
  • 
    TCP/IP networking
  • 
    Enterprise network infrastructure
  • 
    Firewall technologies
  • 
    DNS, DHCP, and IP address management platforms
• 
  Experience supporting end-to-end infrastructure deployment and migration projects.

  Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

  Experience handling major incidents and conducting root cause analysis activities.

  Familiarity with automation scripting and infrastructure automation practices.
• 
  Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• 
  Experience working within multinational or global enterprise environments.
• 
  Proficiency with standard productivity and documentation tools.
