On behalf of our client, Manpower Malta is seeking a Paralegal to join a professional and dynamic team supporting a predominantly international client base. This is a hands-on role suited to a detail-oriented individual with a strong grounding in corporate and company law who is eager to broaden their experience in a client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day corporate client requests.
• Apply statutory obligations, Maltese company law, and relevant regulatory frameworks in a practical manner.
• Support clients by identifying legal, accounting, and fiscal considerations to provide well-rounded guidance.
• Participate in discussions by understanding the broader business context of client operations.
• Attend client meetings and prepare accurate minutes.
• Liaise with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers on behalf of clients.
• Collect, review, and verify due diligence documentation in line with KYC requirements.
• Assist with and oversee junior team members as required.

Requirements

• Good understanding of Maltese company law and the role of a company secretary.
• Previous experience in a similar paralegal or corporate services role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and high organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver work to a high standard.
