Position: Fresh graduate : Finance and Accounting
Work location: Bangkok / Samut Sakhon / Songkla
1. Financial Planning & analyst
Responsibility:
- Consolidate group financial performance and forecast and be able to analyze financial data and understand the business
- Provide relevant and timely presentation to management with key highlights, risk and opportunity
- Ensure that opco numbers comply with group financial reporting guidelines
- Coordinate the budgeting processes by providing guidance and support to opco controllers and to ensure that they follow the group’s guidance
- Create and/or maintain Lucanet including data mapping, and all relevant data. For example, the currency rate
- Track reporting performance to provide feedback to opco on timeliness and accuracy measures
- Provide ongoing tracking for capex spending and key projects
2. Overseas PTP Section Manager (AP)
Responsibility:
- - PTP Process Management
• Oversee the end-to-end PTP process, including vendor creation, invoice processing, payment runs, and GR/IR clearing.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of vendor invoices, credit notes, and payment transactions.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies between PO, GR, and invoices.
• Ensure smooth payment cycles and proper cash-flow planning. - - Team Leadership and Supervision
• Supervise and guide the PTP team, providing coaching, performance evaluation, and skills development.
• Assign tasks and manage team workload to meet KPIs and service-level expectations.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.3. Compliance and Documentation
• Ensure all PTP processes comply with accounting standards, tax regulations, import/export requirements, and internal controls.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data, invoice records, and payment documentation.
• Address compliance issues promptly and support internal/external audits. - - Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on PTP performance, including AP aging, outstanding invoices, blocked invoices, and payment forecasts.
• Analyze PTP data to identify risks, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to the PTP Lead and senior management. - - Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the key point of contact for overseas vendors regarding invoice status, payment inquiries, and dispute resolution.
• Coordinate closely with Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless PTP operations.
• Maintain positive vendor relationships through timely communication and issue resolution. - - Process Optimization
• Identify inefficiencies and propose enhancements to strengthen accuracy, speed, and control within the PTP process.
• Support implementation of digital tools and automation to streamline workflows.
• Drive best practices and standardization across overseas subsidiaries.
3. Overseas OTC Section Manager (AR)
- - OTC Process Management
• Oversee the end-to-end OTC process, including order processing, invoicing, and cash application.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of customer invoices, payment allocations, and credit notes.
• Monitor and resolve discrepancies in accounts receivable and payment collections. - - Team Leadership and Supervision
• Supervise and guide the OTC team, providing support, training, and performance feedback.
• Assign tasks and manage team workloads to ensure efficiency and achievement of KPIs.
• Promote a collaborative and high-performing team culture. - - Compliance and Documentation
• Ensure OTC processes adhere to accounting standard, international trade regulations, financial standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, customer accounts, and relevant documentation.
• Address and resolve compliance-related issues promptly. - - Reporting and Analysis
• Prepare regular reports on OTC performance, including accounts receivable aging, payment trends, and outstanding balances.
• Analyze OTC data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to the OTC Lead and senior management. - - Client and Stakeholder Collaboration
• Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding billing, payment, and account inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and relevant teams to ensure seamless OTC operations
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- vance knowledge of Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills in English and Thai is advantage
