The Social Media Manager at Solutions Loft will be responsible for representing our company by building a social media presence for our brands. They will be running advertising campaigns and driving engagement by creating high-quality original written and visual content. They will be managing a team of junior social media marketers. This role involves engaging influencers, managing our community through daily engagement with our following, and monitoring social media metrics using free or premium social media analytics tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and engaging social media strategies
• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels
• Create engaging multimedia content and/or outsource this effectively
• Form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
• Manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
• Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms
• Plan & execute regular and seasonal campaigns over the Social media platforms
• Use social media management tools for schedule updates to social media platforms
• Provide training and guidance to social media and marketing team members on social media implementation best practices and strategies
• Collect customer data and analyze interactions and visits, use this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns

Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a social media manager
• Hands on experience in content management
• Excellent copywriting skills
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
• Knowledge of online marketing channels
• Familiarity with web design
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical and multitasking skills
• Degree in marketing or relevant field
