Job Responsibilities: Talent acquisition - Fully understand the site's operation needs and manpower requirements; lead end to end recruitment activities, including needs clarification, candidate sourcing, interviewing, selection, reference checks, offer management, and onboarding. - Optimize the manpower planning process to ensure timely and accurate staffing for all site functions. - Utilize multiple talent channels (online platforms, search firms, campus partnerships, employee referral programs, etc.) to deliver efficient recruitment outcomes. - Proactively scan the local chemical industry talent market, provide insights on talent availability, trends, and competitive intelligence to support decision making. - Manage onboarding and orientation programs for production, lab, and office employees. Talent development - Develop and execute the site's training and development strategy to ensure employee capability meets current and future business needs. - Support annual performance review cycles for all site employees. - Partner closely with key stakeholders to build internal talent readiness and enable career path development. - Identify opportunities to enhance workforce efficiency, flexibility, and competency through targeted development initiatives. Others - Ensure accurate and timely HR data maintenance; maintain audit ready records in HR systems. - Deliver regular HR reports with high quality, accuracy, and insights. - Serve as the HR representative for the operations site, actively contributing to daily HR matters and site-wide initiatives. - Coach and develop local staffing team members to ensure consistent, high-quality HR support. - Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Required: - Min 10 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years' people management experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels. - Excellent analytical capability, with strong data interpretation and reporting skills.- Creative thinking and change-driving mindset. - High level of integrity and confidentiality. - Strong facilitation skills for internal activities, workshops, and training sessions. - Passionate, flexible, and result-oriented with a strong can do attitude. - Strong command of both Chinese and English. |
