Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and implementation, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate and manage resources, including staff and contractors, to optimise performance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
• Monitor project progress and performance, implementing changes as necessary to maintain quality standards.
• Prepare and present project documentation, including reports and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction or lumber industry.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relevant certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
