Description

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our housing finance products and services to potential customers. Your primary goal is to identify and convert leads into profitable business opportunities. You will work closely with our sales team and provide excellent customer service to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various sales channels and networking.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of housing finance products, mortgage lending, and real estate market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
