Rocke Brothers is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about delivering outstanding service and thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, we want to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build strong relationships with customers and the operations team.

• Proactively manage customer inquiries and ensure service levels and satisfaction are met.

• Communicate clearly and promptly with both customers and internal teams.

• Coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements.

• Track and report on performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

• Ensure stock is accurately accounted for in preparation for stocktakes.

• Collaborate with teams to identify process improvements and deliver efficient solutions.

• Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude, with a “Customer is KING” mindset.

• Manage time effectively, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role within Warehousing and Logistics.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and strong data entry skills.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks.

• Ability to work independently or within a team, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing environments.

• A proactive mindset with a focus on providing exceptional customer solutions.
