What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the go-to resource for all things Dayforce. Use your system expertise to ensure payroll is processed accurately and efficiently, and support others with training and troubleshooting.
- Manage full-cycle, multi-state weekly and biweekly payroll. From garnishments and deductions to taxes and validations—you’ll ensure every detail is handled with precision.
- Keep our payroll systems running smoothly. Collaborate with IT and support teams to maintain pay rules, tax setups, and accruals, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Stay ahead of evolving payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor standards. Partner with legal and compliance teams to keep our processes aligned with best practices.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports to uncover trends, identify discrepancies, and recommend process improvements. Your insights will help shape smarter business decisions.

What We're Looking For:
- Experience processing full-cycle, multi-state payroll.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with Dayforce or similar payroll systems.
- A collaborative spirit and a drive to continuously improve.
