Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Funding Coordinator to support lender communication and team funding operations. This role sits between a Specialist and a Lead—owning lender inbox management and bulk requests, while also supporting submissions to help the team hit monthly goals.


Key Responsibilities

Lender Inbox Management (Primary Focus)

• Manage and respond to lender emails (status updates, conditions, PTO, escalations)
• Coordinate internally to provide accurate and timely responses
• Identify and escalate recurring issues

Bulk Lender Requests

• Complete lender-requested spreadsheets and data updates
• Ensure accuracy and confirm submissions

Submission Support

• Assist with submissions, rejections, and resubmissions as needed
• Help clear queues and support team production goals
• Maintain quality to prevent avoidable rejections

Follow-Up & Coordination

• Track open conditions and pending approvals
• Ensure lender requests are resolved quickly

Performance Expectations

• Strong response time and organization in lender communication
• Ability to balance inbox responsibilities with submission support
• Maintain accuracy, urgency, and adaptability in a high-volume environment
