Description

We are seeking a Business Development with strong experience in the mining sector, ideally with a background in selling heavy equipment, vehicles, or transportation solutions.

This role will focus on expanding EV footprint in the mining industry by developing partnerships, securing clients, and supporting the electrification of mining operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the mining sector for EV VaaS offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with mining operators, contractors, and logistics partners.
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals and business cases aligned with clients’ operational and financial needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end business development process — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Engineering, and Finance) to design customized fleet and charging solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
  • Represent company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical), or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales within mining, heavy equipment, or transportation industries.
  • Proven success in selling capital equipment, fleet solutions, or mining logistics services.
  • Strong understanding of mining operations, site mobility, and equipment deployment cycles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to mining sites across Indonesia.
