We are looking for a Mid–Senior Software Engineer (Rust / C++) to join a Front Office technology team supporting a high-frequency trading environment.

This role has evolved from a purely hands-on development focus into a hybrid technical + people management position, ideal for someone who wants to step into leadership while still staying close to engineering.

What we're looking for:

• 
  5–8 years of software engineering experience
• 
  Strong proficiency in C++ and/or Rust
• 
  Experience in low-latency systems is a strong plus (not mandatory)
• 
  Open to candidates willing to learn and transition into Rust / low-latency environments
• 
  Background in trading, fintech, gaming, crypto exchanges, or banking + another industry exposure
• 
  Prior experience leading junior developers or acting as a tech lead is a big plus

Responsibilities:

• 
  Lead and mentor a small team (initially 1–3 engineers, with potential to grow)
• 
  Handle light people management responsibilities (guidance, support, coordination)
• 
  Contribute to BAU development and system enhancements
• 
  Work closely with stakeholders in a Front Office environment
• 
  Balance hands-on engineering with team leadership
