Responsibilities

• Handle full set of corporate accounting, fund accounting, including capital calls, and related duties.
• Manage all accounting operation including revenue recognition, general ledger, expenses etc.
• Prepare the Group consolidation and financial reporting.
• Prepare investors reporting package and deal with investors’ queries/correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
• Prepare management reports, analysis and account schedules on timely basis.
• Prepare group budgets and forecast.
• Prepare FRR report for the SFC filing.
• Provide adequate analysis on deviation of actual versus budget and last year.
• Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Manage and comply with reporting requirement and tax filing in-line with international rules like PRC GAAP and IFRS.
• Liaise with auditors and other professional parties.
• Ad-hoc assignments as necessary.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in accounting or related field.
• Worked in big 4 is highly appreciated.
• Holder of Membership in ACCA/CPA or equivalent.
• Professional, presentable, stable with positive and can-do attitude.
• Solid accounting experience with sound knowledge of PRC GAAP and IFRS.
• Detail-oriented, always aim for flawless deliverables.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin.
• Candidate with private equity fund experience and Flex system is a plus.
• Former experience in SFC licensed corporation is a plus.
• Ability to drive processes optimization and to manage multiple tasks.
