Location: UK (Remote) | Travel: ~50%

We are seeking a Business Development leader to join a global CDMO with deep expertise in small molecule development and manufacturing. This role offers autonomy, impact, and access to world-class R&D and GMP facilities.
What you'll do:
Drive sales and strategic partnerships in the small molecule space
- Engage with biotech and pharma clients across discovery to commercial stage
Collaborate internally to shape proposals and technical discussions
Represent the company at events and client meetings
Requirements:
5+ years of BD experience in small molecule CDMO/CRO services
Strong network within the biotech and pharma ecosystem
Scientific background; ability to bridge technical and commercial discussions
Goal-driven with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
