Overview
We are looking for an IT Administrator (On-Site) to join our customer team in the Łódź office.
This is a part-time position (16 hours per week, 2 days onsite).
In this role, you will be the local face of IT- ensuring that everything in the office runs smoothly, reliably, and in line with global standards. You will play a key role in shaping the everyday employee experience by providing hands-on technical support and maintaining a stable, well-functioning workplace environment.
This is a highly practical, people-facing role where IT meets operations. You will work closely with colleagues in the local office, Facilities, HR, and global IT teams to ensure seamless support and continuous improvement of the local IT environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch, in-person IT support as the primary onsite contact for all technical needs
- Manage the full hardware lifecycle—from procurement and configuration to deployment and decommissioning—while maintaining an accurate CMDB
- Take ownership of the office’s technical environment, ensuring AV systems, meeting rooms, and printers are always reliable and ready to use
- Resolve and manage tickets in ServiceNow, acting as an escalation point for more complex issues
- Deliver a smooth employee experience by supporting hardware logistics, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Contribute to key IT initiatives, including aligning local systems and infrastructure with global standards
- Ensure compliance with security policies across all devices and platforms in the office
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate processes, continuously enhancing IT services
Qualifications
You are a seasoned, service-oriented IT professional who enjoys solving complex technical challenges in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. You go beyond standard support approaches, using your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues, often acting as the final point of escalation.You are a strong communicator who navigates change with ease and builds bridges across teams. With a proactive mindset and strong sense of ownership, you take pride in ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of the technology environment.Your background
- Proven experience in a senior onsite IT support or system administrator role
- Expert-level troubleshooting skills, with a track record of resolving complex hardware, software, and AV issues
- Solid experience in hardware lifecycle management, user onboarding/offboarding, and asset management best practices (CMDB)
- Hands-on experience with SaaS platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Slack, and others
- Strong experience with ServiceNow or a similar enterprise-grade ticketing system
- Ability to thrive in transitional or integration-focused environments and effectively manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex, multifaceted challenges
