People Services Advisor, EMEAJob Description Summary
As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the People function, as well as handling first level queries from employees and managers in the EMEA region. Critical to the maintenance of internal records, the HR Advisor supports every aspect of the People function through execution of process in a compliant and timely mannerJob Description
Requirements:
Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
Maintain lifecycle process and governance for all employee events from hire to offboarding
Prepare contracts of employment and employment related correspondence, including staff transfers, salary changes, higher duties/secondment and confirmation of employment letters
Process renewal of contracts, local work permits (where applicable), and probation records
Ensure employee files are up to date and accessible to HR professionals
Manages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance
Coordinates with local Payroll to ensure correct payroll processing
Carry out People Services activities in accordance with internal SOPs and statutory requirements
Monitor and maintain inbound queries to HR through the appropriate work intake system
Your profile:
BSc/BA degree
Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role in HR Services
Knowledge of HR processes
Fluent in Hungarian and English, both oral and written
Knowledge of any other European language is an advantage
Confident Microsoft Office usage, especially with Excel
Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
