The Compliance Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring our residents’ needs are met, as well as helping our teams deliver premier experiences with confidence. In this role, you will be a guardian of process, a champion for residents, and a steady support to our site team members!
This position will work in-person at our Home Office in Fargo, ND.
Starting pay $21 per hour (or more based on experience).

What You Will Do:
- Ensure smooth and timely processing of applicant screenings, including managing Notice of Adverse Action appeals.
- Serve as a key point of contact for Reasonable Accommodation and Modification requests — balancing care with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure affordable housing program compliance (IRS Section 42), including organizing initial and annual certifications with accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain insurance compliance, ensuring vendors and properties, maintain required insurance coverage.
- Provide administrative support for insurance claims.
- Uphold internal controls that reduce financial risk and protect the trust we’ve built with our owners and residents.
What You Will Bring:

- Ability to follow clear processes while solving problems as they arise.
- A high school diploma or GED (required).
- Bonus points for experience in multi-family property management or familiarity with Fair Housing laws, Section 42, or other housing programs.
