Join our dynamic, fast-paced team as a Data Center Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in the HPC Data Center Operations. Responsibilities
- Analyze incident trends, system behaviors, and root causes across GPU clusters,networks, and facility domains to identify patterns and operational risks.
- Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive measures, workflow adjustments, or monitoring improvements to reduce incident frequency.
- Produce SLA/KPI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that highlight performance, reliability, and operational health.
- Support capacity planning for GPU cloud and facility resources by evaluatingutilizationtrends, growth patterns, and demand forecasts.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on automation opportunities, including alert correlation, noise reduction, and workflow optimization.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve incident response quality.
- Validate ticketing data for accuracy and assist with generating incident outputs such as impact summaries and trend reports.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical analysis role, such as a NOC/IOC Analyst, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence role focused on IT Operations.
- Proven ability to analyze incident trends, system behaviors, and root causes across technical domains (network, compute, and facility).
- Strong capability in data visualization and reporting, including producing SLA/KPI reports and dashboards to highlight operational performance and health.
- Experience inidentifyingrecurring issues and generating data-driven recommendations for preventive measures and workflow improvements.
- Familiarity with GPU clusterutilization, capacity planning, and evaluating resource growth patterns is highly desirable.
- Proficient in usingtime series data forlog aggregation, monitoring, and data analysis tools (e.g., Splunk, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R scripting for data).
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering teams on automation opportunities such as alert correlation and noise reduction.
- Ability to validate ticketing data for accuracy and contribute to formal incident outputs and trend reports.
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative or technical field.

- Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, qualifications.
- Overtime compensation for non-exempt workers for hours worked over 40 per week
- Relocation and Living-out-allowance (as applicable and based on successful candidate circumstances)
