We seek a dynamic and results-oriented Finance Manager to join our client, a Start-Up Poultry Distribution Company.
Responsibilities :

Strategic Finance & Reporting

• Ensure everything is tracked accurately and correctly.
• Calculate and review monthly sales commissions.
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of meat business financial data, including inventory tracking.
• Review and validate data prepared by the Data Team.
• Update and analyze investor reports.
• Develop and refine the business model.
• Review outstanding AR (Accounts Receivable) and monitor cash flow health.
• Evaluate SKU performance to support pricing and sales strategies.
  Financial & Tax Compliance

• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet schedules.
• Ensure compliance with monthly tax obligations & payments.

• Supervise and review BPJS, tax, and payroll payments the Junior Finance Officer processes.
  Audit & Internal Control
• Ensure financial data accuracy, and monitor bank transactions, payment processing, and supplier payments.
• Establish SOPs to improve efficiency and accountability in the finance team.
• Do monthly Stock opname
• Responsible for providing timely and accurate financial data and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  Budget Control
• Prepare and develop the annual, quarterly, or monthly budgets for the organization or departments based on historical data and expected future trends.
  Qualifications :
• 5-7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing.
• Background in B2B, distribution, or meat/food supply industry is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of financial consolidation, tax regulations, and AR/AP management.
• Experience in financial modeling, investor reporting, and business planning.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving & analytical skills.
  Ability to work independently and lead a small team efficiently.
