KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial
- Support monitoring of project budgets and cost tracking
- Assist in preparing financial summaries related to project activities
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities in project execution
- Ensure proper documentation of project-related expenses (if applicable)
- Support in tracking ROI of business development initiatives
Customer
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and market trends
- Support preparation of business proposals and client presentations
- Participate in client follow-ups and relationship coordination
- Assist in competitor analysis and market research activities
- Ensure timely response and communication with external stakeholders
Internal Process
Assist in planning and executing business development projects from initiation to completion
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Maintain project documentation, trackers, and reports
Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, HR, Finance, Marketing)
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
Ensure timely reporting of project updates to management
Support process improvement initiatives within project workflows
People
- Act as a communication bridge between departments and stakeholders
Promote collaboration and teamwork across project teams
- Support knowledge sharing and documentation of best practices
Develop understanding of business development strategies and tools
Enhance personal skills in project coordination, communication, and analysis
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Emirati National
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of business development strategies is an advantage
Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Accuracy and timeliness of project reports and documentation
Maintenance of updated project trackers and dashboards
