As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in iterative development cycles using contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous refinement are key aspects of your role, as you work to enhance system performance and functionality in alignment with project goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with email marketing automation and customer journey design within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and API usage related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to develop and customize marketing cloud components such as email templates, landing pages, and automation workflows.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and query languages used in marketing cloud environments.
- Understanding of best practices for campaign management, segmentation, and personalization in digital marketing.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
