Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Quality representative at the Focus Factory level, advocating for customer needs across the organization.
• Lead, motivate, and develop Customer and Production Quality Engineers, ensuring systematic follow-up on personal development and goal achievement.
• Set individual and team targets aligned with overall plant and organizational objectives.
• Provide input to plant strategy definition, resource planning, and daily operational management within the area of responsibility.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in plant processes focused on quality enhancement.
• Plan and oversee quality activities related to change management, including PPAP, Control Plans, quality documentation, and customer communication.
• Ensure execution and monitoring of process control to guarantee effectiveness.
• Manage communication with customers and internal/external stakeholders regarding quality assurance matters.
• Ensure comprehensive Quality Assurance Plan coverage and execution.
• Identify quality issues proactively and develop actionable plans for resolution.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in the automotive industry, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949 standards and requirements.
• Proficient in quality and project management tools and methodologies.
• Experienced with problem-solving techniques and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient command of English; additional language skills (e.g., German) are a plus.
