Job title: Energy Product Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Market insight:
Conduct comprehensive analysis based on the customer's network pain points, macro environment, and user behavior. Develop and guide cross-product development strategies. Help the customer improve the investment efficiency, network quality, and user experience.
2. Requirement Understanding & Guidance:
By communicating with customers, accurately understand the customer's network construction needs. Communicate with the customer, guide and match customer requirements, and present technical requirements.
3. Solution design:
Independently complete solution design, including BOQ, SOC, and technical proposal, participate in customer network evaluation and planning, match the customer's requirements.
4. Commercial management and business model design
Identify solution risks, participate in commercial negotiation and achieve objectives, and effectively execute commercial strategies.
5. Digital Marketing:
Use digital marketing platforms to develop routine network evaluation solutions or support annual target network planning, and complete customer solution design.
6. Project Operation
Trace leads and opportunities and identify the customer's real requirements in one project or multiple projects involving multiple product domains. Participate in the development of project objectives and strategies and execute key tasks.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in ICT industry
• Have good knowledge of ICT equipment and technical background
• Strong learning and communication skills are required, along with a team spirit, a serious and positive work attitude, and positive energy
• English fluency required
