Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Enterprise Applications, IT Systems team. As a Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to work with our key business partners and IT peers in understanding the many enterprise applications. You will help lead, collaborate, and architect harmonized solutions for onsemi. This technical leader will play a critical role in supporting our commercial strategies and engaging in the ongoing transformation of our business with our internal and external partners. Fostering key partnerships with strategic internal partners are essential for success. This is both a strategic role and a technical role requiring the ability to handle complex situations in a dynamic environment, as well as provide solid technical solutions as part of the transformation and modernization effort. We’re looking to build on that foundation, and continue taking things to the next level, by bringing in additional well-organized, process-oriented, and data-driven talent.

Performance Objectives

• Responsible for supporting key projects that drive modernization, standardization and harmonization of processes centered around activities supported by organization.
• Lead, guide, and architect various strategic initiatives, and vision for the desired stakeholder experience focused on modern design and enablement of the strategy into new business models, services, solutions, and products.
• Work on Business Case Analysis, which encompasses, vendor selection process, solution options, budget, and resource for various projects in Enterprise Applications.
• Work across the extended team to diagnose, troubleshoot and remediate issues and concerns raised by key stakeholders.
• Architect rapid fire, proof of concept solutions that address the strategic needs of our business partners.
• Partner with other teams to build strategies and tactics to drive modernization and process efficiencies.
• Have a clear point of view that is articulated through a thoughtful and considered approach to achieve strategic results.
• Bridge design and business disciplines, evaluating and gauging appropriate risks and future opportunities.
• Monitor key external design and industry trends, influence internal quality of solutions, and help shape thought leadership.
• Create templates, repeatable processes, and playbook material to be reused in future onsemi acquisitions and integrations.
