As Digital Marketing Head, you’ll lead the charge in developing, implementing, and optimizing digital strategies that elevate our brand, drive organic and paid traffic, and convert visibility into measurable revenue.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy and Execution

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate quality leads, and drive measurable business growth.

Create and manage a dynamic content and campaign calendar aligned with our growth objectives.

Identify target audiences and craft tailored marketing initiatives to effectively engage and convert them.

2. Campaign Management

Plan, launch, and optimize high-impact campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display networks.

Leverage A/B testing and analytics to continually improve campaign performance and ROI.

3. SEO and Content Leadership

Lead keyword strategy, content planning, and SEO initiatives to increase organic visibility and traffic.

Oversee the production of engaging, relevant, and on-brand content that positions PRIME as a thought leader in real estate and business intelligence.

4. Data and Insights

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite.

Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that inform business decisions and marketing direction.

5. Social Media Growth

Build a powerful online community through creative social media strategies.

Develop authentic, share-worthy content that boosts engagement, follows, and conversations around the PRIME brand.

6. Paid Advertising

Manage and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms to maximize reach and conversion.

Drive performance marketing initiatives that directly contribute to lead generation and revenue growth.

7. Leadership and Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams — from Sales to Research — to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a growing digital team to push creative and analytical boundaries.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.

Proven success in scaling brands through organic and paid digital strategies.

Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content strategy, and data analytics.

Strong leadership, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
